Uploading / Creating Claims Overview

There are four ways to enter the claims into Claim.MD:

• Direct Data Entry is located in Manage Claims page. In this method, claim information can be directly entered into a blank claim form within Claim.MD.
• Manually Uploading your claims - In this method, a batch file from another system is uploaded into Claim.MD.
• SFTP - This approach involves utilizing the SFTP protocol to transfer files between another system and Claim.MD for uploading and sending files.
• API - This method uses an API tool to communicate between another system and Claim.MD to upload and send files.
