The Summary Page provides an overview of the account. Checking this page upon logging in ensures that no important information is missed.

  • Account Overview – This section displays key statuses, including rejected claims, ERA, pending approvals, and open tickets. Click on any status for more details. Depending on the selection, users will be directed to either the Manage Claims or Support Tickets page for further actions.

ERA Counts on the Summary Page

The Summary Page includes two distinct ERA indicators, giving you clear insight into where attention is needed:

  • ERA Not Yet Viewed – shows how many ERA PDFs haven’t been opened
  • ERA Pending Download – shows how many ERA data files haven’t been retrieved

These indicators help differentiate between ERAs waiting for human review versus those still needing file downloads (such as for EHR or PM system integration).

🎛️ What Do These Counts Reflect?

The numbers shown depend on the “By” setting, selected in the View ERA screen. That dropdown allows you to control whose activity is being counted:

OptionWhat It Shows
MeOnly your own unviewed or undownloaded ERAs
SFTP/APIERAs not yet accessed via automation
All UsersERAs not yet handled by anyone on your team
All Users + API/SFTPERAs untouched by anyone or any system

Changing this setting updates both the ERA list and the summary counts, so you can match the view to your workflow.

ERA Tracking Benefits

Having both counters available supports:

  • Teams that want to track both manual reviews and system integrations
  • Users who only care about one type of activity (viewing or downloading)
  • Cleaner oversight, without requiring additional configuration

Recent Logins – Displays recent user logins, including IP addresses and login times.

  • User Access – Standard users can view only their own login activity, while administrators can access all user login information.
  • Important Messages – This section should be checked daily for updates from payers or Claim.MD. Messages may include information about upcoming holidays, system notices, or payer transmission errors. Messages are customized per organization to ensure relevance.
