My Settings
The My Settings tab can be accessed by all user types and allows users to manage their personal account information and settings. Users can only view and edit their own information in this section.

My Information
The My Information section allows users to update their personal contact details, preferences, and notification settings.

Fields available in My Information
| My Name | Displays your name on the account. | ![]() |
| My Email | Displays the email address associated with your user ID. | |
| Pronouns | Select your preferred pronouns from the dropdown menu, if desired. | |
| Address | Enter your mailing or office address. | |
| City | Enter your city. | |
| State | Select your state from the dropdown menu. | |
| Zip | Enter your ZIP code. | |
| Phone | Enter your primary direct phone number. | |
| Alt Phone | Enter an alternate direct phone number, if available. TIP It is recommended to enter an alternate phone number when available, in case your primary number cannot be reached. | |
| Timezone | Select your local time zone from the dropdown menu. | |
| Support Emails | Choose when you want to receive email notifications for support ticket activity. Standard userscan choose:

| Help Menu Option | Turn the "Need Help" menu on or off, located on the bottom left corner of the Claim.MD interface.![]() | |
| Lock Screen | Turn the lock screen on or off after inactivity. If enabled, the Claim.MD screen will lock after 10 minutes of inactivity. IMPORTANT The Lock Screen setting helps protect account access when a workstation is left unattended. It is recommended to keep this setting enabled whenever possible. |
After making any changes to the My Information fields, click to apply your updates.
Multi-Factor Authentication
The Multifactor Authentication section allows users to add an extra layer of security to their Claim.MD account. Users can choose between a Hardware Key and Phone / Text authentication methods using the tabs in this panel.

The Hardware Key tab is used to register and manage a physical security key for multifactor authentication. This option is recommended for the highest level of account security. Fields and Elements
TIP FIDO2 hardware keys are supported and provide one of the strongest authentication options available for account protection. Use a descriptive key name such as Claim.MD Hardware Key or Claim.MD USB Security Key so it is easier to identify later. | The Phone / Text tab allows users to receive authentication codes by text message or phone call. NOTE If a hardware key is enabled, the Phone / Text option is not available. If the hardware key is removed, the Phone / Text option becomes available again. |
Reset Password

SECURITY TIP Choose a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters, and avoid reusing passwords from other systems. |
