To check the availability of Claim.MD services or view any scheduled maintenance, follow these steps:
Accessing the Claim.MD Status Page
- Go to Claim.MD Status Page.
- At the top of the page, you will see the overall status of core services. If all systems are operational, you will see the message "All Systems Operational" in a green.
Checking Individual Service Status
Below the overall status, you will find individual statuses for the Web Portal, API, SFTP, and Phone System. If any of these services are experiencing an outage or are under maintenance, their status will be updated accordingly. Otherwise, if a service is functioning properly, it will display "Operational" in green.
Subscribing to Updates
You can receive notifications about service incidents or maintenance by subscribing to updates:
- Click thebutton at the top right of the page.
- Enter your email address to receive notifications whenever Claim.MD creates, updates, or resolves an incident.
Viewing Scheduled Maintenance
The Scheduled Maintenance section lists upcoming maintenance periods. These updates are essential for system improvements and may cause temporary service interruptions. Each maintenance event includes a date and time range. For example, a scheduled maintenance entry might indicate: "Feb 9, 2020, from 05:00 - 07:00 MST."
Reviewing Incident History
- You can view a log of past incidents from the last two weeks right on the home page.
- If no incidents were reported on a specific date, it will display "No incidents reported" under that date.
- To view incidents from previous months, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Incident History" button.
- Use the left and right arrows to navigate between months.
- To return to the main status page, click "Current Status" at the bottom of the page.
By following these steps, you can stay informed about Claim.MD service availability and scheduled maintenance events.
