These codes should replace the secondary Payer ID when submitting claims in Claim.MD. For example, the screenshot below demonstrates how 'CT Medicaid' is entered as the payer name, with its corresponding Payer ID entered as shown in the table above. These codes should be entered into the secondary payer fields in Claim.MD found in box 9d for professional claims.
