April 2026 – What’s New: Settings Interface Update
In April 2026, Claim.MD introduced a redesigned Settings experience to improve usability, organization, and security. While core functionality remains familiar, the interface has been modernized and expanded with new features and dedicated sections.
This update includes visual improvements, enhanced security measures, and new tabs such as Vendor Settings and Documents to better organize account management tools.
Overview of Changes
The Settings area has been reorganized into clearly defined tabs:
My Settings – User-specific preferences and authentication settings
Account Settings – Account-level configuration and integrations
Vendor Settings – Vendor management and access control (Admin only)
Claim Filters – Custom claim filtering and organization (formerly Claim Grouping)
Documents – Access to signed agreements and account documentation

| API key generation and related settings were already protected by password validation, but the layout was more compact and less visually organized. | Account Settings now displays the same functions in a redesigned layout. In full screen mode, sections are displayed side-by-side for easier navigation and improved visibility. |
The Account Settings page has been visually updated to improve organization and usability. Existing security behavior remains in place, including password validation when generating an API key. The primary change is the updated interface layout, which makes settings easier to review and manage.
Users must now enter their Claim.MD password when generating API keys or enabling SFTP access, adding an extra layer of security.
3. Claim Filters (Previously Claim Grouping)
| Previous: Claim Grouping | New: Claim Filters |
|---|---|
Old grouping interface | New Visual filter builder with AND/OR logic |
Claim Filters provide a more intuitive way to build logic-based filters, with support for multiple conditions and clearer structure. All users can now create personal filters, while account filters can be shared across the organization.
4. New: Vendor Settings
| Previous Experience | New Experience |
|---|---|
Vendor changes required internal assistance | Admin-managed Vendor Settings tab |
Administrators can now directly manage vendor relationships, including selecting vendors, removing vendors, assigning access levels, and initiating vendor changes.
Vendor changes may enter a pending approval state and require confirmation from the receiving vendor.
5. New: Documents Tab

| Dedicated Documents tab ![]() |
The Documents tab centralizes access to important agreements such as the BAA and Customer Service Agreement, making them easier to locate and manage.
