- Click on Search in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Enter search criteria such as Patient Last Name and Billing NPI.
More Information
Entering data into fields such as Account #, Policy #, Patient Last Name, Payer ID, Billing NPI, Billing Tax ID, First Date of Service, Rejected Claim Last Response, and Claim MD Claim # will reveal additional search criteria fields to refine the search.
Wildcard Search
More Information
Use an asterisk (*) for wildcard searches if the full name is unknown. For example:
- Searching ALV* will display names starting with "ALV"
- Searching *rado will display names containing "rado"
Viewing Search Results
- After entering criteria, click . The patient list will appear.
- Select a patient to perform actions like Archive or Add Notes.
- Confirm any pop-up to complete the action.
