You can easily generate a PDF containing a claim’s history and EOB/ERA details from within the claim view. Follow the steps below to create and print the document.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Locate the Claim
Use the Search page to find the claim you want to print.
 

Step 2: Open the Claim
Click into the claim to access the View/Edit Claim form.
Step 3: Click the Print Icon
In the upper right corner of the form, click the printer icon to begin the print setup.
Step 4: Choose Print Options
In the print options dialog, decide whether to include the claim form in your printout:
- To print the Claim Form along with the Claim History or EOB, leave the dropdown set to "PRINT CLAIM WITH FORM".
- To print only the Claim History and/or EOB without the claim form, select "DO NOT PRINT CLAIM" from the dropdown.
- Check the box for Claim History and/or EOB.      - Step 5: Generate the PDF 
 Click Create PDF to generate the document. - Step 6: Print or Save the PDF 
 Open the generated PDF and use your browser or system's print feature to print it or save it locally.
