An archived claim that is never submitted will be categorized as 'deleted.'
- To archive an unsubmitted claim, navigate to the View/Edit Claim screen, and click the red Archive button.
To retrieve and restore a deleted claim:
- Navigate to the Reporting page in the left navigation menu
- Select the Claim Activity report (if already on the Reporting page, click the New Report button on the top of the page first).
- Enter the report parameters that would encompass the deleted claim, and click Generate.
NOTE: Archived vs. Deleted Claims
Claims that have been submitted are still categorized as 'archived'.
- Click on the Deleted section to pull up a list of deleted claims.
- Click on the specific deleted claim to start editing and resubmitting the claim.
