How Long Does Claim.MD Keep ERA Remits Available?
Claim.MD retains your Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) data for as long as your account remains open and in good standing.
For long-term active accounts, ERA data is maintained for up to 10 years.
Important: If your Claim.MD account is closed, the ERA data associated with that account is purged and will no longer be available through Claim.MD.
If you need to retain remittance records beyond the life of your Claim.MD account, download and store any required ERA files before closing the account.
