How do I send a new account setup link to a user?
Administrators can send a new account setup link to a user from the Manage Users page. This is helpful when a user needs to complete their account setup or when a previous setup link has expired.
How do I send the setup link?
Navigate to Manage Users.

Click Add New at the bottom of the user list.

On the right side of the page, select the appropriate User Type from the drop-down menu.

Enter the new user’s first name, last name, and email address.

Click at the bottom of the screen.

The user will receive an email with a setup link they can use to finish creating their account. The setup link is valid for three days.
What happens after the user receives the email?
The user should open the email and follow the setup link to complete their account setup. During setup, they may be prompted to choose a username and complete any required account details.
Will I know when the user completes setup?
Yes. Claim.MD sends a setup notification when the user completes their setup. The notification includes expiration details and whether a username was selected.

What should I do if the setup link expires?
If the setup link expires before the user completes setup, an administrator can return to Manage Users and select the user from the list. At the top of the user’s information screen, click Send a new setup link. The new setup link expires in three days if the user does not complete setup from the link.
