    Instructions for Locating the Trading Partner ID/Submitter ID

    1. Locate the payer enrollment instructions for the payer in question.
    2. Click on the Payer link under the 1500 Claim column. (The link may vary based on your specific setup.)

    3. Review the enrollment instructions to find where it mentions Submitter ID or Trading Partner ID.
      1. Note that the location of this information may vary depending on the payer's form layout.
    If Submitter ID / Trading Partner ID is Not Listed
    If the Submitter ID or Trading Partner ID is not listed on the form and the issue is related to a claim, open a support ticket to request assistance.
