How can I cancel a Claim.MD account?

IMPORTANT!
Cancellation of accounts can only be completed by logging into the account and requesting the cancellation online. Cancellations are not accepted via phone or email.


To cancel a Claim.MD account, follow these steps: 

  1.  Log into Claim.MD account.
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the Account Settings tab.
    IMPORTANT!
    Only Administrative Users have access to the Account Settings tab. 
  4. Scroll down and click Cancel Account.
  5. A notification window will display. Click the Cancel Account Button to continue with the cancellation.
  6.  A Pop-up box will display to finalize the cancellation. It will prompt you to provide a reason for cancelling the account. Enter a brief summary of the reason in the info box and select Confirm Cancellation.

    WARNING!
    Once the cancellation is confirmed, the cancellation will be effective immediately. All account history, including claims, ERA and eligibility will be permanently deleted. This operation cannot be undone.



Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
