    How do I look at past claims?

    Question: How do I look at past claims? I submitted claims over 2 weeks ago and can no longer find them on my Manage Claims.

    Answer: You can go to the Search page and enter the Member ID Number or the Last Name and it will pull up all claims for that specific patient.
