Deleting a Claim

An archived claim that is never submitted will be categorized as 'deleted.' 

  • To archive an unsubmitted claim, navigate to the View/Edit Claim screen, and click the red Archive button. 

Bulk Claim Delete/Archive

  1. On a page such as Manage Claims, click the View Claims button to open the list of claims.
    Note: If a claim has not yet been submitted, it will display as deleted once archived.

  2. Select the claims you want to delete or archive. You can check individual boxes next to each claim or click the checkbox in the upper-left corner to select all claims at once.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Selected Actions drop-down menu and choose Archive.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear showing how many claims will be archived or deleted. Review the details carefully, then click Archive Selected to confirm.

  5. After confirmation, claims that have not yet been submitted will be deleted, while claims that have already been submitted will be archived.

Restoring a Deleted Claim

To retrieve and restore a deleted claim:

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page in the left navigation menu
  2. Select the Claim Activity report (if already on the Reporting page, click the New Report button on the top of the page first).
  3. Enter the report parameters that would encompass the deleted claim, and click Generate
NOTE: Archived vs. Deleted Claims

Claims that have been submitted are still categorized as 'archived'.


  • Click on the Deleted section to pull up a list of deleted claims.

  • Click on the specific deleted claim to start editing and resubmitting the claim.
