Documents Tab

The Documents tab provides access to important business documents associated with your Claim.MD account. This includes signed agreements such as the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the Customer Service Agreement.

Accessing Documents

To view your documents, navigate to the Documents tab within your account settings. All available signed documents will be listed for easy access.

Click on any document name to open it. Documents are provided in PDF format, allowing you to review, download, or print them as needed for your records.

Types of Documents Available

Common documents available in this section include:

Business Associate Agreement (BAA): Required for HIPAA compliance and outlines how protected health information (PHI) is handled.
Customer Service Agreement: Defines the terms and conditions of using Claim.MD services.

Note: Some users, such as Payer Portal accounts, may not have access to view these documents.

Important Notes

The Documents tab is part of the updated Account Settings interface, where business-related documentation has been moved into a dedicated section for easier access and organization.
