Answer:
Yes. Claims can be archived using the Claim.MD API, which is designed to communicate with Claim.MD through a custom-built application.

To use the archive functionality, you must supply Claim.MD’s internal claim number (sometimes referred to as “our” claim number). This value is returned with each claim status update, allowing you to reference the correct claim when submitting an archive request.

Without Claim.MD’s claim number, the API is unable to identify which claim should be archived.
