However, for **some payers**, their systems are only able to return benefit details when a single service code is submitted per request. In these cases, you may receive benefit information when submitting a single code (such as `PT`), but receive no results when submitting multiple codes together (such as `PT,42`). To ensure complete and accurate benefit information for these payers, we recommend submitting separate eligibility requests for each service code. For example, submit one request for `PT` and a separate request for `42`.
