# How Do I Enter the Verification Code When Resetting My Password?

When resetting your Claim.MD password, you may be asked to verify your identity before access to your account is restored. After selecting how you would like to receive the verification code, Claim.MD displays a **Confirm Verification** screen where the code can be entered.

## Enter the Verification Code

1. Retrieve the verification code using the delivery method you selected.
2. Enter the code into the six fields on the **Confirm Verification** screen.
3. Click **Submit Code**.

After the verification code is successfully submitted, you are immediately signed in to Claim.MD.

DON'T SEE THE CONFIRM VERIFICATION SCREEN?

If you received a verification code but do not see a place to enter it, reopen the password-reset link from the email and proceed through the verification steps again.

If the **Confirm Verification** screen still does not appear, contact Claim.MD Support for additional assistance.
