Two-Step Verification Update
- Automatic Email Verification Setup:
- All new users, as well as users who have not yet set up two-step verification in their My Settings, will automatically be enrolled in email-based two-step verification.
- After entering their login credentials, these users will receive a verification code via email, which they must enter to complete the login process.
- Existing Two-Step Verification Users:
- Users who already have two-step verification configured will retain their current method. If they have chosen phone/text or a security key, their setup will remain unchanged.
- Changing the Verification Method:
- Any new or existing users switched to email verification can update their two-step verification method to phone/text or security key by navigating to My Settings and selecting their preferred option.
Verifying Patient Last Name No Longer Needed
The two-step verification process will replace the 'Verify Access' email/link where you previously verified a patient's last name in Claim.MD or another system.
