Go to [Claim.MD Status Page](https://status.claim.md/). 2. At the top of the page, you will see the overall status of core services. If all systems are operational, you will see the message "**All Systems Operational**" in a **green**. ## ![](https://cdn.document360.io/367e6528-88da-4443-9da1-fcdd7e6d4d49/Images/Documentation/image-1738357250646.png) ## Checking Individual Service Status Below the overall status, you will find individual statuses for the **Web Portal, API, SFTP, and Phone System**. If any of these services are experiencing an outage or are under maintenance, their status will be updated accordingly. Enter your email address to receive notifications whenever Claim.MD creates, updates, or resolves an incident. ## Viewing Scheduled Maintenance The **Scheduled Maintenance** section lists upcoming maintenance periods. These updates are essential for system improvements and may cause temporary service interruptions. Each maintenance event includes a date and time range.
