# How can I cancel a Claim.MD account?

IMPORTANT!Cancellation of accounts can only be completed by logging into the account and requesting the cancellation online. Cancellations are not accepted via phone or email.

## Canceling Your Account

- Click the red **Cancel Account** button and follow the prompts to confirm.

WARNING!Once the cancellation is confirmed, the cancellation will be effective immediately. All account history, including claims, ERA and eligibility will be permanently deleted. This operation cannot be undone.
