Provider Validation Required

If the Claims, ERA, or Eligibility column for a payer indicates "Pending Validation Step," additional steps are necessary before proceeding with enrollment.

Provider Validation

The provider validation step is completed on the payer enrollment page. If validation is required, the Provider Validation screen displays when a Quick Enroll or Enrollment Required button is pressed.

  • API enrollment users are able to complete the provider validation step as part of the enrollment workflow.
  • Multiple phone numbers from the NPPES database are available for dialing during validation.
  • An option to enter a phone extension is available when completing provider validation.
  • For account/provider validation calls made to the NPPES phone numbers on file, the outbound call originates from our call-out system. Customers should expect the caller ID to display as 1-505-560-1476. If a customer is experiencing issues receiving these calls, they should ensure that their system is not flagging or blocking this number as spam.
