View/Pay Invoices
The View/Pay Invoices page allows organizations to review their invoices, update their recurring payment method, and make one-time payments to Claim.MD.
- Click on the View/Pay Invoices page in the left-hand navigation panel.
Current Account Balance
The Account Balance pane at the top of the screen displays the current balance due.
Invoice History
- The Invoice History section in the middle of the screen allows users to review past invoices.
- Click on any blue link (Date, Invoice #, New Charges, etc.) to view a detailed invoice for that billing period.
Understanding Invoices

- Balance Forward: Displays any unpaid balance from previous invoices.
- Transaction Fees: For plans with per-transaction charges, the number of processed claims and ERAs and their associated fees are displayed.
- Subscription Fee: Monthly or annual fees are itemized.
- Tax ID Fees: For applicable plans, additional fees based on Tax IDs are included.
View Payments/Charges Pending Invoice
Click the View Payments/Charges Pending Invoice link in the top right corner of the Invoice History section to generate a downloadable PDF statement.
Account Statement Details
Note that the Account Statement will display any charges that have yet to be paid and posted.
This can include both:
- Charges on past invoices that haven’t been paid or posted.
- Current fees (not yet invoiced) that remain unpaid.
Additional Invoice Details
- Show Associated Claims: Displays claims with transactional fees, such as faxed claim appeals and transmitted claims (for applicable plans).
- Show Associated Tax ID: Lists Tax IDs tied to the account (available for plans with Tax ID-based charges).
Update Recurring Payment Method
To update your recurring payment method, click the Update Recurring Payment Method link and enter your new payment details.
Make a Payment
Click the button to view the Current Balance Due and enter a one-time payment amount.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Click .
- Select your payment method (credit card or bank account) and review for accuracy.
- Click to complete the transaction.
Switching from Credit Card to ACH Payments
- Submit an official request through the secure ticketing system.
- Support will remove the current credit card information from your account.
- Your account access will be temporarily suspended until a new payment method is added.
- Upon logging in, a pop-up will prompt you to enter your ACH details before accessing your account.
- Select Bank Account and enter the ACH information.
