# Documents

## **Documents Tab**

The **Documents** tab provides access to important business documents associated with your Claim.MD account. This includes signed agreements such as the **Business Associate Agreement (BAA)** and the **Customer Service Agreement**.

### **Accessing Documents**

To view your documents, navigate to the **Documents** tab within your account settings. All available signed documents will be listed for easy access.

Click on any document name to open it. Documents are provided in **PDF format**, allowing you to review, download, or print them as needed for your records.

### **Types of Documents Available**

Common documents available in this section include:

**Business Associate Agreement (BAA):** Required for HIPAA compliance and outlines how protected health information (PHI) is handled. **Customer Service Agreement:** Defines the terms and conditions of using Claim.MD services.

**Note:** Some users, such as Payer Portal accounts, may not have access to view these documents.

### **Important Notes**

The Documents tab is part of the updated Account Settings interface, where business-related documentation has been moved into a dedicated section for easier access and organization.
