# Can all 835 data be retrieved in CSV format through the API?

**Question:** Is it possible to retrieve all data from an 835 Electronic Remittance Advice in CSV format using the Claim.MD API?

**Answer:** No. At this time, there is no method to capture **all** data from an 835 file in **CSV** format through the Claim.MD API.

Some data elements—such as provider-level adjustments—are present in the 835 as a **PLB segment**, but are not fully represented in the CSV output.

If you need access to the complete 835 data, including PLB information, we recommend using the **XML or JSON** formats returned by the ERA Data API:

These formats provide a more complete and structured representation of the 835 content.
