# AR Medicaid

## AR Medicaid Crosswalk

The AR Medicaid payer ID is 12023.

Arkansas Medicaid uses the following four fields to crosswalk and identify a provider's ID number:

- **NPI** (National Provider Identifier)
- **First 3 digits of the address**
- **ZIP code**
- **Taxonomy code**

These fields work together to ensure accurate provider identification within the Medicaid system.
