Summary Page

Click on Summary Page on the left-hand navigation page to navigate to the Summary Page. 

The Summary Page is a good place to see an overview of an account.  It is a good idea to check this when logging into the system to ensure no information is missed.  

• Account Overview - In this section, statuses such as rejected claims, ERA, claims pending approval, and open tickets will be displayed. To obtain more detailed information, users can click on each respective status. Clicking on each status will navigate to the Manage Claims or Support Tickets page respectively, enabling the user to take further actions related to the specific issues.
• Recent Logins will provide recent user logins, their IP Address, and Login Times. 
• Standard Users will only see logins for themselves, Admin can see all user login information. 
• Important Messages is important to check daily for news from payers or Claim.MD. For example, it might provide upcoming holidays or whether payers are experiencing transmission errors. These messages will be customized for each organization so users only see information relevant to their organization's payers.
